Can't believe I missed out!

 

I know that these bags were launched in October of last year but I decided to wait on purchasing it until I was done with this semester as an award to myself. However, yesterday when I went to Target I saw that there were no more Mulberry for Target bags! I am devastated! Even on the website, the bags are not available. :( I really wish these bags would sell again!

 If anyone knows if Target is going these bags, please let me  know!

Birchbox #1

I'm finally done with this semester of school! So I will hopefully be doing more regular blog posts! I'm going to begin my summer blogging with Birchbox. I just got this package in the mail today! I'm so excited! 

I first heard about Birchbox from Jacenda (one of my favorite bloggers) here. If you haven't heard about Birchbox, It's this wonderful site where you pay $10 a month to have deluxe sized samples of high-end beauty products delivered right to your door. Products such as Ahava, Zoya, Stila, Laura Mercier, etc.  I think this is such a great idea! Especially for those with a hectic life style that do not have a lot of time to go to the mall, Sephora or an Ulta and see what's new (like me). I signed up for Birchbox about a month ago and completely forgot about because of finals, work, etc. When I came home from work today I almost forgot that I even ordered it! But I'm so happy that it arrived! 


The contents of each Birchbox vary from customer to customer depending on how one answers the questions on their beauty profile.  Another great thing about Birchbox is that you can loyalty points that you can use towards buying a full sized product.

Nails of the week!

Essence Color and Go nail polish in No More Drama

This nail polish drys fast, but even. I love this shade for spring!

What I did when I had only 5 minutes to go from day to night!

Products Used:
-Almay Bright Eyes eye base+concealer (I love this! In my opinion, It's comparable to YSL Touche Éclat)
-Stila Eyeliner in Topaz (less harsh then white liner but makes eyes appear awake)
-Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara 
-Prestige white eyeliner (to make brows stand out)
-Revlon lipstick in Crimson
-Maybelline lipliner in Red
-Loreal lipstick in Chocolate Obsession

Favorite Nude Lip!

NYX soft matte lip cream in Abu Dhabi

Actually, the whole NYX soft mattle lip cream line is amazing when it comes to matte lip products. The texture is not drying as opposed to other matte lipsticks. Instead, the texture is similar to a lip balm but with the appearance of a matte lipstick. Love it.

 The color looks so natural!

Catch up, & February Favorites!

I'm quite embarrassed by the amount of time it has been since I have made my last blog post. Over month is a long time! Here of some pictures I have taken throughout the last month I haven't posted!

Thank goodness I have a week off of school. School has been so crazy that I barely have any downtime. Since I will be transferring to a school out-of-state in about a year (when I'm married), I am cramming classes like crazy so that by the time I transfer to the new school I will have my pre-reqs covered. I have about eight more classes to take until I am finished with my AA for pre-nursing. I have yet to take my Anatomy and Physiology I (A&PI) and A&PII. Which I'm sure will take up a lot of my time when I get to that point!

Anyway, onto my February Favorites:

 From left to right:

 1. c. Booth Tea Tree Therapeutic Toner- Since I live in Florida, the weather here is already pretty hot. This is great if you have combination/oily skin. I have been using this about 2 or 3 times as my toner when I don't use my Proactiv Toner (the best toner ever!..at least in my opinion)

2. HydraPixel- I cannot live without this product. I think of this product as the American version of a BB cream. Although it doesn't have the same consistency as a BB cream (the consistency of the HydraPixel is like that of a primer), it still carries some of the similar effects. I love love love this product. I mainly use it as a primer, or some days I'll use the HydraPixel over my moisturizer and that's it. It has a matte finish. I should probably do a blog post dedicated to this. I'll note that.

3. Essence Silky Touch Blush- This blush was under four dollars and last ALL day. Enough said.
4. NYX Blush in Sand- LOVE this as a bronzer.
