PIXEL Nail Polish Review

Hello everyone! So a couple days ago I was strolling through the aisles of Ulta and saw a nail polish rack full of mini nail lacquers called Pixel. I bought two nail polishes each were $1.99 which isn't too bad considering how small the polishes are (they're about 1/4 of the size of an OPI nail polish). I tried out one of the polishes to see how the polish would look after a week-long wear. So here's my review on the Pixel nail polish. I'll be rating each section on a 1-5 star scale (5 being the best)

Price:****
-$1.99
-Considering these polishes are a lot smaller then OPI polishes, the price isn't too bad.

Color Selection:*****
-For these nail polishes just hitting the Ulta stores, I'm surprised by how many were displayed on their floor. An associate at Ulta also mentioned that more colors will be coming in soon as well.
-There were a wide range of colors, most of which were pale, or light, but darker colors are soon to come!!

Application:****
-I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars because the brush is SO SMALL
-I know this is more of a preference than anything, some like larger brushes and some like smaller brushes. I like bigger brushes, such as the one of the OPI lacquers.
-While applying the polish I had to keep on putting more product because the brush was so small!!
-However, I'm glad that the formula dries rather quick and not too thick like some polishes do.  Meaning after 30 minutes my hands weren't banned from touching anything anymore! LOL! Unlike some polishes where I'd had to wait an hour or two else my whole manicure would be ruined if I bumped into anything.

The polish actually doesn't look too bad with only one coat.

Lasting Power:*****
-I LOVE HOW LONG THIS POLISH STAYS ON!!!
-After one entire week of wearing this polish, my nails still looked pretty good. Which I was really surprised considering with my job I constantly have to wash my hands!

 Right after applying the polish.

After a full week the polish still looks impeccable!!

The Verdict:
I give this product 4/5 out of 5
I love love love these polishes and will definitely try out more! If only the brush was bigger and if the polishes were slightly cheaper (like 1.50).
I like the size of the polishes, these are great if you want to see how a color looks on you but you don't want to invest in an $8 nail polish with more product.

I hope you guys enjoyed the review! ^_^
By the way, the nail polish in this review is called "OH SOOO GOOD!!!" .
Until next time!
